General Policy

  • All payments made to Gurucool Publishing are non-refundable.

  • Please review our services, offers, and pricing carefully before making any purchase or booking.


Refund Eligibility

We may consider a refund only if:

  • The purchase was accidental or unintentional.

  • The refund request is submitted in writing (via email) within 24 hours of the payment.

  • The request includes valid proof of payment and a genuine reason.


Important Terms

  • No refund requests will be entertained after 24 hours from the payment.

  • If a refund is approved:

    • A 4% processing fee will be deducted from the total paid amount.

    • The refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Services have already been accessed, initiated, or delivered.

  • Requests submitted after the 24-hour window.

  • Refund requested due to change of mind or delay caused by the client (e.g., no response, incomplete details).
